In a detailed consultation, we’ll clarify your ideas and goals. What message should the images convey? Where should the shoot take place? Which outfits make the most sense? What will they be used for? Together, we’ll develop a concept that meets your needs.
on the day itself
During the shoot, I create a relaxed atmosphere so you feel comfortable. I guide you to achieve natural and confident poses. Often, it’s the little things – whether it’s subtle adjustments in posture or the right lighting – that make all the difference. This is how authentic images are created that perfectly highlight your personality.
of your pictures
After the shoot, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery via Picdrop, which can be password-protected upon request. There, you can view all the images at your leisure and select your favorites. You can mark the images you want edited with a “flag” in a color of your choice. This gives you complete control over your final photos.

Once you’ve made your selection, we move on to image editing, where colors, contrasts, and skin tones are optimized – without losing the natural look. My goal is to deliver high-quality images that perfectly reflect your individual style while also representing your company.

How long does a business shoot take?
The duration varies depending on the scope, type, and number of photos required. A job application photoshoot takes up to 15-30 minutes. Employee portraits take between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the number of people. A corporate portrait or website images can easily take half a day to a full day.
Where does the business shoot take place?
Depending on your preference, the photo shoot can take place in my photo studio in Frankfurt, at your location, or at another suitable location.
What should I wear for the shoot?
Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and is appropriate for your professional position. I would be happy to advise you on this in a preliminary consultation.
When will I receive the finished images?
I usually provide you with the edited images within 7 working days.
Are group photos also possible?
Yes, I also offer team and group photos. Please contact me for a personalized quote.

What usage rights do I have for the images?
Usage rights for your internal communications are included. Extended usage rights, such as for use on websites, social media, or in print media, must be billed separately. This depends on many factors: time limits, medium, and whether the photographer is credited/linked. Unrestricted usage rights are charged at 100% of the shoot price.
Am I allowed to edit the images afterwards?
To maintain the quality of my work, please refrain from making any post-processing edits to the images. If adjustments are desired, I will gladly make them for you.
Do you also offer express delivery of the images?
If you need some images faster than usual, I’d be happy to arrange that free of charge, provided I know in advance. Let’s discuss it.
Are outdoor photo shoots also possible?
Yes, I would be happy to photograph you outdoors or at a location of your choice to obtain a modern and vibrant business photo.
How does the payment process work?
Payment is due after the shoot and post-processing via invoice. I want you to be 100% satisfied before you pay anything. Businesses will, of course, receive a proper invoice with VAT included.
