1. Planningand first meeting

A first personal or virtual meeting to discuss your ideas and wishes. Together, we will create a rough timeline, which I will provide to you afterwards. We will talk about what matters most to you, explore potential creative concepts for your couple’s shoot, and I will offer advice regarding the celebration if you wish for any feedback in this area. We will also remain in touch afterwards.

2. The Wedding DayIt's getting serious already!

On the day of your event, I always allocate 15 minutes in advance to capture some of the guests’ moods. Depending on whether it is a civil ceremony, a religious service, or no ceremony at all, I will document your First Look moment when you see each other for the first time. For your couple’s photoshoot, we will have various options to implement on the day itself.

3. After editingof the report

There are essentially three stages to your reportage. The first round involves a rough selection where closed eyes, potential technical flaws, and the presence of people in the frame are noted. During the second round, the image style is established, with adjustments made to colours, contrasts, and exposures. The final step is fine-tuning, where small details are retouched, particularly in the couple’s photos, and black-and-white copies of your most significant moments are created.

4. Deliveryof your pictures

Firstly, you will receive all usable images edited to a high standard. Depending on the package you choose, you will get all images in both web and print formats, along with the couple’s shoot provided in black and white versions as an added bonus. Highlights from the reportage will also be delivered in black and white. Starting from the second package, you will also receive a personal USB stick containing the print versions.

When should we book you for our wedding?

The earlier you book, the better! Popular dates during the peak season, which includes spring, summer, and some autumn months, are often reserved a year in advance. Just get in touch with me as soon as you’ve confirmed your date.

Do you just work in Frankfurt or even beyond?

I specialise in capturing weddings in Frankfurt and the surrounding areas, with a focus on the Aschaffenburg region, Taunus, and Darmstadt. I am also available for destination weddings, so if your celebration is taking place further afield, I would be happy to discuss the details with you.

Do you also offer engagement or after-wedding photoshoots?

Yes! An engagement shoot is perfect for getting used to the camera and having great pictures for your invitations. An after-wedding shoot gives you the opportunity to use special locations without time constraints. This will simply be included in the package price.

How does the first meeting go?

We can meet in person or via video call to discuss your wishes and ideas. We can meet at your place or in a nice café. During this meeting, I’ll explain how I work and answer all your questions.

What happens if you get sick on your wedding day?

Should it actually come to that (which has never happened before, I have a pretty good immune system! 😄), I have a network of professional photographers who could step in. So I’ll make sure you’re not left without a photographer. This is also stipulated in the contract you’ll receive from me.



How long do you typically cover a wedding reportage?

It’s entirely up to you! From a short civil ceremony reportage to full-day coverage from getting ready to the party, anything is possible. You can find my package deals under Packages & Prices.

Will our photos be edited?

Yes, all photos are professionally edited. I optimize colors, contrasts, and lighting without losing the natural look. Don’t worry about overly harsh filters or artificial retouching – you should still recognize yourselves in the pictures!

How many photos do we get?

This varies depending on the booking package, location, planning, and the booked time: For a civil ceremony in the smallest package, there will likely be between 300 and 500 photos. A full-day shoot including a church wedding can quickly result in 2,000 to 3,000 photos.

When do we get our final photos of the wedding?

My contract states a three-week timeframe, but I usually finish them within the next week or the week after. I’ll try to edit some preview images for you right after the wedding so you can see some of them as soon as possible.

Are we allowed to share the pictures on social media?

Yes, of course! I’m delighted when you share your wedding photos. If you’d like to tag me, that would be fantastic, but it’s not required. I personally only use your images with your permission.
